our mission

Community Services with All Deaf (CSAD) facilitates effective communication and provides community support services to meet the needs of individuals in ways that are appropriate to their situations, whether they are Deaf, oral, late deafened or hard of hearing.

CSAD provides services in several counties in north central Indiana: St. Joseph, Elkhart, Starke, Marshall, Kosciusko, Pulaski, LaPorte and Fulton as well as parts of southwest lower Michigan.

our programs

Sign Language Interpreting, including American Sign Language (ASL), Certified Deaf Interpreting & Oral Interpreting. Case Management assistance with employment, education and activities of daily living. Inservice Training, including Deaf Awareness, cultural sensitivity and training about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). American Sign Language Classes Advocacy, workshops, equipment loan, video phone, TTY training and referral services.

To request an interpreter, call 574.247.6047. CSAD will need to know: (1) name and phone number, (2) date, time & duration of the appointment, (3) location & nature of the appointment, (4) the Deaf person’s name.
