Suicide Bereavement Support

The "After Suicide Support Group" meets once a month at United Health Services bringing together those who have lost a family member or friend to suicide. Last Tuesday of the month. Call for times and details  574-247-6047 ext. 120

Local Outreach to Survivors
The Outreach team is ready to meet with those recently affected by the sudden death of a loved one.  The Outreach team will come to your home and meet with family members.  Call us at 574-247-6047 ext. 120 or after hours at 574-400-9111.
