Here are some great ideas for getting outside to get exercise during the summer months

St. Joseph County: 
St. Joseph County Parks - http://www.sjcparks.org/
Free gate fee M-Th for St. Joseph County residents.

South Bend Parks - http://sbpark.org/
Howard Park Classes -  for 55 and over
     Exercise - Monday at 10am for 45 minutes, done mostly while seated
     Walking - Wednesdays at 10:30am, walk in the park with a leader

Mishawaka Parks - http://mishawaka.in.gov/parksandrecreation
Wednesday Evenings, starting at 5:30 p.m.   Starting at Howard Park
Once a week, take a brief walk along the beautiful river with local doctors.  Hikes are usually 1/2 to 3 miles long and done in an hour or less.  Good exercise, completely free and very family friendly. https://www.facebook.com/docwalkssjc/

Saturday Mornings - Downtown South Bend - Gridiron
8am: Yoga 9am: Zumba 10am: Fit Camp/Boot Camp/Barre/Cardio  
Free Exercise Classes for anybody who would like to drop in and have some fun.

Hiking Club - Bonneyville Mill County Park in Bristol at 6 p.m., every 3rd Thursday of the month through October

Elkhart - Are you looking for an opportunity to improve your health and wellness?
Well, the Elkhart Environmental Center will host meditation yoga classes.Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, all are welcomed. Yoga classes are held on the second Monday of each month from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

North Central Indiana's WISEWOMAN Program works with the following physical activity facilities.
