At the Diabetes Education Center we know that managing your diabetes can be overwhelming. Don’t go it alone.

The Diabetes Education Center wants to help you manage this disease. Our dedicated staff will provide instruction and resources that will improve your quality of life. Newly diagnosed patients and patients who have been living with the disease, as well as their families, are welcome at the Diabetes Education Center.

Helping you take control of your diabetes is our goal. We will help you:

  • Understand your medications and how they relate to each other
  • Learn easy-to-understand nutrition information that will help you control your blood sugar
  • Learn simple lifestyle changes, including simple exercise routines, you can make throughout your day to make your disease manageable
  • Work closely with your doctor and report your progress directly to him or her
