United Health Services and its affiliates and programs are conveniently located in Granger, Indiana on the southeast corner of the intersection of Main Street and State Road 23 (Cleveland Road).

We are Building 9 in the University Gardens Office Park. Look for the UHS logo on the face of the building. There is plenty of free parking around the building for your convenience.

Our usual office hours are 8—Noon and 1:00—4:30, Monday—Friday.

First Steps of Northeast Indiana has an office here, but its main office is at 700 E. Beardsley (Suite 14-A) in Elkhart, Indiana.
