The Diabetes Resource Center is a local not for profit and depends on the community for support. Monetary donations can be made with cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) at our front desk. You can also use the PayPal button here specifically for diabetes donations.
Memorials can be made by mailing a check or money order to our address with a note stating the name of the person you would like to honor and a family member to notify regarding your donation. You can upload a form for memorials by clicking here.
All monetary donations are 100% tax deductible.
The Diabetes Resource Center takes donations of diabetic supplies. We are able to accept unopened and unused glucose meters, test strips, lancets, insulin and syringes/needles. Please call Lauren with any questions regarding items at 574-314-5422. Items should be dropped off to our office Monday through Thursday from 9am-5pm and Friday from 9am-2pm.
Pump supplies can be donated to other organizations who have a way to distribute them better. Please contact us and we can send you a list.
