As part of your enrollment with either the WISEWOMAN or Health First Program, you may be eligible for a free gym membership for just a few months.

Our programs have requirements and limitations so we understand that sometimes you may want to keep attending along with wanting to keep the same reduced rate. Although it is something out of our control, we are here to help you make the process a little easier. To your right, you will see a list of gyms we work with along with some of their financial assistance forms.
