Exercise - Monday at 10am for 45 minutes, done mostly while seated
Walking - Wednesdays at 10:30am, walk in the park with a leader
Mishawaka Parks - http://mishawaka.in.gov/parksandrecreation
Doc Walks: Wednesday Evenings, starting at 5:30 p.m., Spring & Summer. Starting at Howard Park once a week, take a brief walk along the beautiful river with local doctors. Well, the Elkhart Environmental Center will host meditation yoga classes.Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, all are welcomed. Yoga classes are held on the second Monday of each month from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
