Howard Park Classes - for 55 and over
Exercise - Monday at 10am for 45 minutes, done mostly while seated
Walking - Wednesdays at 10:30am, walk in the park with a leader

Doc Walks: Wednesday Evenings, starting at 5:30 p.m. Starting at Howard Park once a week, take a brief walk along the beautiful river with local doctors.
